It's been a busy month! Sorry for the delay in writing!
My esteemed, piratical friend Bill has posted a wonderful video on how to cook Menudo, a great Mexican soup he and I swap recipes for. Or so I think -- I watch the video, and I get a sense of bloating and tripe, so it must be about food. But he seems to be mistaken in my choice of music; it's not MENUDO I love, but MILLI VANILLI.
